I'm seeing the following in my upgrade logs:
/opt/zenoss/Products/ZenUtils/patches/mysqladaptermonkey.py:58: Warning: Table './zodb/connection_info' is marked as crashed and should be repaired
cursor.execute(_record_pid_sql, (pid, info))
/opt/zenoss/Products/ZenUtils/patches/mysqladaptermonkey.py:58: Warning: Table 'connection_info' is marked as crashed and should be repaired
cursor.execute(_record_pid_sql, (pid, info))
Any guidance on how to repair. Opentsdb will not start and I'm not sure if this is related or not.

you may need to stop all containers, start the mariadb container, attach, and repair the connection_info table.
