Empty triggers window

Hi,
Due to unknown reasons I found today a "triggers" window empty. Notifications window is full. I have a backup created july 25th. Can I recover data from backup and import it to Zenoss

I'd suggest spinning up the backup separately, and copy/pasting the data over. Also upgrade to 4.2.5 and the latest ZenUp. We've fixed Thousands of bugs since 4.2.3.

Problem resolved. We discovered the data from backup file and imported it to Zenoss. I had to set triggers in the notifications window again.

I did in fact mean another instance. Glad you're back up and working! Make sure you update to 4.2.5+ZUPs ASAP as you'll be a _LOT_ better off. It's also time to start evaluating 5.0.
