Subject: | Zenoss 5.0.3 Upgrade Issue |

Hi Community,
Today I upgraded my 5.0.2 instance to 5.0.3. The upgrade went smooth and Zenoss is now displaying its current version as 5.0.3.
Went I played around for a bit, I discovered my devices are not being monitored. I checked control center as well, and under zenping and zenperfsnmp it is displaying my total device count as 0. Currently I have about 3500 devices listed under infrastructure.
I then added a test device to see if that would make a difference, and yes it comes up as being monitored and the device count increments from 0 to 1.
Not sure how I can start debugging this issue...

Tried remodeling some of my devices, but it seems it is complaining about one broken zenpack that I now have after the update.

Struggling to remove the zenpack, so can't test this any further. http://www.zenoss.org/forum/9396#comment-15006
Only thing I know works is adding a new device without modeling. That device picks up and starts being monitored, but I don't feel this is the correct solution.

see my comment in the other thread, this is likely the cause of your issue

Tried running the remove zenpack script, kept telling me that the zenpack is fine, which it wasn't.
[zenoss@ce2794241775 tmp]$ zendmd --script=script.py
ZenPacks.community.Fortigate is fine.
ZenPacks.zenoss.ApacheMonitor is fine.
ZenPacks.zenoss.Dashboard is fine.
I just tried to re-install the same zenpack over the broken one and that fixed my issue. Zenpack is now working, and all my devices are being monitored once again.
Thanks :)
