snmp agent down

i read a lot of post but google have only 2 sits and i test all of the options
when i test the snmpwalk command in my terminal its all perfekt with root user and with zenoss user. I Set in the Config file

/etc/snmp/snmpd.conf
#####################
rocommunity public
syslocation "datentrger, ....:"
syscontact me

i Set the zMaxOids from 40 to 20

but i have all times the same problem with my smnp

i cant understand why in the terminal works fine and with zenoss not

i hope evryone can help me
