Getting this error when modeling Windows devices in 5.0.2.
The WS-Management service cannot process the request. The maximum number of concurrent shells for this user has been exceeded. Close existing shells or raise the quota for this user. 27

I believe you need to increase the default number of shells for the windows user in some cases because WinRM utilizes WinRemoteShell (WinRS) for some monitoring. Please consult the ZenPack webpage on wiki.zenoss.org
