Honestly I haven't played with Jan's script but there isn't much to automate. A manual install takes maybe 10-15 minutes.

the read me for autodeploy.sh mentions that:

/var/lib/docker
/opt/serviced/var
/opt/serviced/var/volumes
/opt/serviced/var/backups

Need to be mounter, then, mentions that "These filesystems must be mounted with correct type and size":

/ xfs
/var/lib/docker btrfs
/opt/serviced/var xfs
/opt/serviced/var/volumes btrfs
/opt/serviced/var/backups btrfs

I have tried following this but still get an error on filesystem check when launching the autodeploy.sh script...

Please show output from autodeploy script (use http://www.pastebin.com) and your filesystem config (df -Th)
