Please provide document (article) for IIS pool monitor . It will help me lot .

Actually I have installed httpmonitor zenpak in zenoss 4.2.4 for monitor URL But there is one issue e.g. I getting mail alert like "zenoss] 192.168.2.19 HTTP CRITICAL: HTTP/1.1 503 Service Unavailable - 165 bytes in 0.026 second response time". So I am not understand which application is down / up
Please help me to change subject line of email alert e.g. [Zenoss] 192.168.2.19/ Down or UP
