how to change email notification for http monitor URL

Dear Expert,

I have configured httpmonitor URL in Zenoss 4.2.4. There are around 200 hundred Application one Server (IP). I have getting mail notification like (E.g. 192.168.2.19 http critical service not available ) its not understandable which application is down. I checked content TAB in notification & It is ${evt/device} ${evt/summary} mapping device & summary filed of event console.
Please help me to change it like 192.168.2.19/ONEX http critical application done
