Has anyone successfully used this in Zenoss5

http://wiki.zenoss.org/Template_Tip:_Polling_Interface_Status

The interface status part works for me, but i'm having issues with the Last Change part where the event count continues to increment every 5 minutes no matter what if a change is detected or not.

zenoss ~]# snmpwalk -v2c -c public 192.168.0.25 1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1.9
IF-MIB::ifLastChange.1 = Timeticks: (0) 0:00:00.00
IF-MIB::ifLastChange.2 = Timeticks: (0) 0:00:00.00
IF-MIB::ifLastChange.3 = Timeticks: (43131849) 4 days, 23:48:38.49

Snmpwalk command isn't changing but zenoss continues setting an event every 5minute poll cycle.

Hi Mdelise,

I also got these issues, I had to disable the snmp poll for ifoperstatus for this to disappear.

I think this is what you are talking about ;)

Diabolix - This is a different issue i'm having. Its suppose to set an event once when it detects a change in the NIC status. It works properly in 4.2.5 but something has changed in 5.x causing the constant repeat event every 5min (poll cycle) It continues counting up.
