I wonder how to interpret this. Would this be a downgrade

I raised a bug report for it ZEN-16959 for the GA version 5.0 but it was closed and I was told:
"This will check only the latest released GA version. Once 5.0 is released, it will be referring to 5.0. Try later."
Its still there in 5.0.1.....
