I would like to change polling interval for the graphs to 1 minute but unfortunately i cannot find the "SNMP Performance Cycle" setting in 4.2.5. Can someone please let me know if this has changed in the current version

It should be defined as a property per device/device class:
Device class/Device -> Configuration properties -> zSnmpCollectionInterval.
