I've been reading up on remote collectors which seems to be what I need to do, however I need the remote zenoss system to also store and run as if it's a standalone system as well as send all it's data over to the master zenoss system at the head office.
I need all the syslog data as well as the SNMP and other gathers to collect the data from the remote site and then push it over to the master system.
Does anyone have any ideas on how to achieve this

I'm not sure, but maybe you are looking global dashboard feature.
