I have been testing Beta 1 and have found that the services will "crash" intermittently and the Zenoss Core will need to be restarted. I usually get an average of 15-20 minutes of uninterrupted testing time before this happens. Is this a bug in the beta or an Ubuntu issue

Usually when this happens I get the following error: "could not create a client to the agent: dial tcp xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:4979: connection refused", this after running sudo serviced service list

This is a known bug. We will be releasing beta 2 next week which fixes a lot of stability and performance issues. Keep your eyes peeled for an update next week.

I want to thank you for such a quick response. We are currently testing Zenoss 5 in hopes that it will ease the expansion that we are so desperately in need off. I will be eager for Beta 2 since it has been difficult testing Beta 1 with the serviced issues.
