Problem with Template for INTERPACKET GAP

I created a template with ping from the adaptive mode option (-A). I create DATA SOURCE (PingExt) and their DATA POINT (rrt_min, rtt_avg, rtt_max, rtt_mdev). These DATA POINT are already generated by the ping Zenoos but DATA POINT for interpacket gap (IPG) is not generated. I intend to generate graphs with metric interpacket GAP. I also configured GRAPH DEFINITIONS with MANAGE GRAPH POINTS. When I run the sequence PingExt from the command line I get success but when I add via the web interface, the graphics do not appear plotted.
