Ouch my long message doesn't send. Anyway, I'll try to post it again. I've been receiving a flood email on the alerts and notifications from our Zenoss. Such as:

Bad Counter
SNMP agent down
Datasource NTPMonitor
etc.

I would like to know if there's a way for me to categorize alerts from high, medium to low
