After we added Modeler plugin Zenoss.wmi.FileSystemMap, there will be File Systems component getting the patition status. May I know if the plugin Zenoss.wmi.FileSystemMap, or File Systems component only works for device under "/DEVICES/Server/Windows/WMI" device class, or sub-device class created under "WMI"
As my test, if I create Device class under "/DEVICES/Serer/Windows",like "/DEVICES/Serer/Windows/FileServer" ,even I added the modeler plugin, the Used Bytes/Free Bytes/% Util are all zero or unknown.

It should work no matter where you put the device in the Device Tree as long as you bind the correct templates....which it sounds like you have.
What type of Windows Server is it 2008r2 2012 Is it a physical server or is it virtual Clear the event log and then remodel the device, wait about 15 minutes, if they're still listed as 'unknown' check the event log to see if there was an error.

I'm not sure where to upload pictures but I'm sure that functionality will be available soon....these forums just went live.
The only templates I have bound to my windows servers is "Device_WMI"
