I have been using Zenoss 4.2.4 for 2 years now and during the last few weeks; we noticed that all alarms are being reported 24 hours late, either via Email or SMS. The performance graphs are real time but if a created an alarm on a devices (router, switch, Servers), it will be shown on the screen 24 hours later and the notification also, but the graph are still reporting in real time. I have no clue where to look to fix that. Luckily, we have a other monitoring system but Zenoss is our main one and it is useless right now.

Are you using any custom transform to bring the data in the Overview page of device like Comments, Tag etc in the Email notification
If yes, please remove the small piece of code from the notification body.
