Jay,

I did some digging with regard to the old submission form.  It seems the primary purpose of the form was to get all the licensing ducks in a row so that a community ZenPack could be redistributed from the zenoss/Community-Zenpacks repo.

Until we have a more concrete process in place, I'll propose the following:

1.  Create a new post in the ZenPacks, JSON API, and Integrations forum detailing your new ZenPack submission.
2.  Provide a link to your Github repo.  The repo should have the appropriate documentation.
3.  Provide a link to the latest ZenPack .egg file.
4.  I'll create the doc page for the ZenPack under https://help.zenoss.com/in/zenpack-catalog/community and copy in your docs from the repo.
5.  I'll copy your .egg to http://wiki.zenoss.org/download/zenpacks/ to make it available for download.

I'll get a hold of the appropriate keyholders to see what we can do about publicly announcing new community submissions.

If you've got any recommendations, let me know.

In the meantime, what can you tell me about the new ZenPack?
