Is there an easy way to dump all Event Classes, subclasses, mappings, and zproperties into an XML file to be used in another instance of Zenoss. Right now I'm going through all event classes and subclasses and adding everything to a single ZenPack to import into another instance.

Careful with that. Adding core event classes could lead to problems if your zenpack ever gets removed.
You can script adding things to zenpacks with dmd.. or you could dump all that info using dmd as well.

I've finished adding them all through the GUI. I only added classes and mappings that were missing from my new server. Thanks for the info!

Get my Audit package from github - https://github.com/jcurry/Audit . It has scripts to dump all sorts of elements out of the ZOPE database, including event classes and mappings. Output format is currently just a text file, not XML.
Cheers,
Jane
