Speed up data collection after zenpython restart

Whenever I restart zenpython, I stop getting data collected from my Windows servers for about an hour and a half. If I do a remodel of all Windows boxes, data collection starts up marginally faster.

Is there anything I should be doing to get data collection going within a few minutes of zenpython starting? Anyone know why it takes so long to start collecting data?

I'm running Zenoss Core 5.2.1, 128GB memory, 16 CPU and Windows ZenPack version 2.6.11.
