Zenoss 5 problem when trying to install zenpacks

Hello,

When I run any command that starts with "serviced service" I get the following response: "coord-client: could not connect to a server".I am not sure if this is a problem with Zenoss or Red Hat linux.

I am working on a Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 7.2 with Control Center version 1.1.2 and Zenoss core 5.1.5 installed.

Any advice on what is wrong would be amazing since I'm stuck right now with this issue.
