Subject: | Problem "ignoring" services in ZenPacks.Nova.WinServiceSNMP |

Hi!
I am new to using zenoss, and I have found the zenpack called nova.WinServiceSNMP and from what I have seen you can ignore services by entering the service name under zWinServiceSNMNIgnoreNames in configuration properties.
All the info I have found is to enter the "full service name" and so far I have not manage to get it to ignore the service.
As an example, I have tried with Volume Shadow Copy. I have tried "Volume Shadow Copy", 'Volume Shadow Copy', Volume Shadow Copy and so far none of those has worked. Does anyone know how to enter it And also if I want to enter something more after, do I just separate it with a comma or a semicolon maybe
Right now I have this setup and it does nothing: 'Volume Shadow Copy', 'Microsoft Software Shadow Copy Provider', 'WinHTTP Web Proxy Auto-Discovery Service'
Would love to get a response here if anyone has used this zenpack or knows how to use it.
Best regards,
Andreas

Use the Service Name, not the display name.
VSS instead of Volume Shadow Copy

Also, the zpropertyzWinServiceSNMPIgnoreNames is a multiline property. So, just add one service per line.

Hello!
I have now been having it like this for a while and it seems like it still does not help.
This is how it looks for me:
