Where to put ojdbc7.jar

I am testing the Commercial Oracle ZenPack and it needs ojdbc.jar. I have two questions because I am not familiar with the Docker infrastructure (I learned Zenoss on 4.X) 1) Where should I put the jar file 2) Do I need to update $CLASSPATH If so, where do I do that

DatabaseMonitor ZenPack Everything should be included in the Pack.
