I am having some specific issues with the microsoft zenpack I tried the following to get help:
Since this is one of the most popular zenpacks, it should be clear where to report the bugs (if it's only jira, then tell the people to do so), having the github bug list with 23 bugs that are open with almost no dev interaction is hurting zenoss reputation.
Now that jboyle is looking into improve communication this should be fixed.

Thanks for the post. If you have a question then posting in the forum and/or IRC Chat are best. Right now IRC is more immediate with responses but I am looking at getting the core community assets updated and in one location so it is easier to engage.
For bugs JIRA is preferred.
