Subject: | ZenPack doesn't diplay some components in Zenoss 5 |
Author: | Jane Curry |

I am using my slightly amended version of Shane's ZenPacks.ShaneScott.ipSLA/ ZenPack which works perfectly well against my test device with Zenoss 4.2.5 and shows 6 SLA components correctly.
Having ported it to Zenoss 5, it only shows 1 of the 6 SLAs - the one it show appears fine, both in the top half of the component display and the graphs.
The other five SLAs definitely have been modeled correctly in the ZODB - they just don't display.
Having had a bit of a dig with Firebug and Google, I believe I am getting the following message which seems to suggest a server problem
server does not support RFC 5746, see CVE-2009-3555
I don't think the issue is in the browser - i've used exactly the same browser as I am using successfully with my Zenoss 4 implementation.
Any help gratefully received.
Cheers,
Jane

I don't know this zenpack, but I give a point:
Zenoss 4: Browser -> Zenoss 4 (Zope, ...)
Zenoss 5: Browser -> Control Center (serviced) -> Dockerized Zenoss 5 (Zope, ...)
Probable cause is how man in the middle (Control Center in this case) handles your connection.

That may not be to do with the ZenPack. I would run the toolbox utilities to check your ZODB database - http://wiki.zenoss.org/Troubleshooting_Zenoss_PosKey_Errors .
If they run clean, try again. This might be a transient error.

Jane

Hello Jane.
I installed zenpack on testing zenoss server, the installation was successful.
Appeared SLA tab with SLA: Events,Names,Monitored(grey out),Locking
but without any graphics.
Device modeling show output with some ....
zen.ZenModeler: DEBUGGER Target unpack hiccup
zen.ZenModeler: DEBUGGER NS unpack hiccup
.....
Output is very large and I can't post here.
