I have created a ZenPack to read data and apply thresholds to Graphite metrics. This needs a bunch of documentation, but it works. I have the code up on GitHub: https://github.com/jregovic/ZenPacks.Community.Graphite
There's probably a bunch of issues with usability that I'd appreciate any input on. It sort of winds up being like Seyren, but Zenoss specific.
