Can not install ZenPacks.zenoss.Microsoft.Windows from gui or shell

Hello all...guys...I have the latest Zenoss Core installed 4.2.5 on CentOS

I cannot for the life of me get the WMI monitoring working for my windows servers. I know that I need to install the newer updated version of the Windows monitoring Zenpack in order to get the deamons installed. I tried from shell and gui and spent most of my day googling for info.

I tried this version
ZenPacks.zenoss.Microsoft.Windows-2.1.3.egg

and also the rev behind..... 2.0.3

Any help is appreciated - it should't be this hard! Wonder why it's not installed by default
