Hi!
I am trying to monitor APC UPS and installed the zenpack for it written by Jane Curry. Currently, I am getting some graphs for Throughput, Packets, and Errors; however nothing else such as the temperaure, voltage, etc (what I want). I also noticed that I'm missing a component: APC UPS Batteries. I'm not sure whether this is a change in the most recent zenpack update
Lastly, under the APC UPS Information menu where it shows the graphs for temperature, voltage, etc, as well as tabular information on the battery, it states:
APC UPS Supported ---------------------- NOT SUPPORTED
Number of Battery Packs ------------------ 0
Number of Bad Battery Packs ------------ 0
Basic Output Status ------------------------- (Blank)
Does this indicate that Zenoss isn't detecting it and so there are some configurations on the UPS side that I need to set up Any type of insight or direction is greatly appreciated!!!
Thanks!
Kim
