I receive this error on all Windows 2012 servers: Error collecting Performance Data: NT_STATUS_IO_TIMEOUT. I upgraded my version of Zenoss from 4.2.4 to 4.2.5 to see if this would correct the problem. I still receive this error. Has anyone else experienced this issue I am researching to see if there is a zenpack to resolve this issue.
Thanks,
Ed

Are you using the old windows Zenpack, or the new Windows Resource Manager ZenPack. If you aren't already on the new one please get it here (if you are on the new one make sure you're on the latest version): http://wiki.zenoss.org/ZenPack:Microsoft_Windows

Hi Andrew,
Thank you for your response. I am using Zenpack 2.0.2 for Microsoft Windows. I will need to find a way to download and install the new Zenpack and let you know if this helps my issue. Thank you again for the response, it is greatly appreciated as it points me in the right direction.

When I try to install the new Microsoft Windows zenpack, I get the following message: Failed to install zenpack 2.1.0.zip See event log for. Where is the event log so I can see the problem.
Thanks,

I run the following commands in Linux:
su - zenoss
cd ~
wget http://wiki.zenoss.org/download/zenpacks/ZenPacks.zenoss.Microsoft.Windo...
zenpack --install ZenPacks.zenoss.Microsoft.Windows-2.0.3.egg
Once I press enter, I get the following message: IOError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: 'Zenpacks.zenoss.Microsoft.Windows-2.1.0.egg. When I do a ls -l I see the file. What could be the problem.
