I am running the 4.2.5 vmware image and installed the 2.0.2 zenpack. I get this error when adding a device: kerberos authGSSClientStep failed (None). I have set the zWinKDC, zWinRMUser and zWinRMPassword. What am I doing wrong

The new Windows ZenPack requires additional confirmation on the servers to get it up and running. Take a look at this Wiki post: http://wiki.zenoss.org/ZenPack:Microsoft_Windows
It just happens to mention that exact error message :)

Yes, it mentions also that that particular fix isn't needed in the 2.0.2 ;) It fails to mention what I found out from JIRA. You have to have wroking PTR for the machines to be monitored.
I have to monitor dozens of machines in different domains so apparently I have to put all of them to my /etc/hosts

As far as I can tell all of my settings are correct. They were working 3 weeks ago, and now they keep giving this error... I'm not really sure where to go from here :(
