This is an example of the details. I have about 8 server with the error (on this server it is 29 but on other servers it is more or less)
I am on version 6.2.1. I dont think it is something in Zenoss not in windows. (the servers are 2008 R2).

So I installed a Server 2008R2 system in Dutch to test, and sure enough, Zenoss is definitely tripping over the language. I was able to replicate the error in your screenshot on my system, so this is definitely an issue. One thing you can try is installing the English language pack and setting the regional settings
and all language options for the Zenoss service account (and the service account only) to US English, leaving the server itself in Dutch. If you can log in as the Zenoss user and the interface comes up in English, that should be sufficient. Give that a try (I couldn't fully test it on my end as I can only partially read Dutch, and not enough of the language to actually go through the full conversion for my own service account to English), and see if it helps.

Hello,
I fixed the problem yesterday. Installing the english language pack and changing the language to english for the winrm user did work. After that everyhting worked fine and i didnt get the error again.
