serviced service status stuck

I am issuing a command to check the status of the services and it is stuck. I got a standard single host deployment with cc and zenoss core on the same server. Please help with this issue.

Also, i noticed from the control center UI under zenoss core IP assignments it is not populating the host details and also the performance graphs stopped collecting once i started zenoss core services.
