We are unable to hit the zenoss url through https.
Please share us the stpes how can we configure it.

Are you using Core 5
If so, you don't use the Zenoss host/IP and port. The Zenoss UI endpoint is a virtual host.
It defaults to zenoss5.hostname, but a new one can be added. Without having a CNAME set up, you can edit your /etc/hosts file and then connect to the UI.
