Hi,
I am using zenoss 3.2.1 and configure few threshold based email alerts. Since few days, i have noticed that devices UP / Down alerts are not sending on every profile as i have 2 profiles for UP/DOWN alerts so sometimes zenoss send alerts on profile # 1 but not on profile # 2.
I have checked zenaction logs and found the same as it send alerts only on one profile and not on other profile.

3.2.1 is quite old. Several of the long term users will support it, but I would strongly suggest upgrading to 4.2.5 with the latest ZUP. http://wiki.zenoss.org/Upgrading_Zenoss
