hi, one of my cisco 1811 routers gets an 'snmp agent down' every time it is rebooted and doesn't come back to normal state until i execute 'zenperfsnmp restart' on the collector. it is configured as snmpv3 AuthPriv.

in the cisco router i see the following errors:
sh snmp:
1997 Not In Time Windows

In zenoss debugging:
zenperfsnmp run -d 10.200.16.99 -v10
2015-02-10 11:19:04,966 DEBUG zen.twistedsnmp: Received a usmStatsNotInTimeWindows error. Some devices use usmStatsNotInTimeWindows as a normal part of the SNMPv3 handshake.

This is the only device failing after reboot, running zenoss 4.2.4.
help is very much appreciated

thanks

hi andrew, i have searched all my config backup files and none of them contains the engine id of the device that is presenting the error (find . -type f | xargs grep '80000009030000190615286E' -sl).
The engineId corresponds to the first interfaces mac address i have checked this and is the stock engineID, unchanged from factory.
I dont know if i can check for duplicate engine Id within zenoss.

thanks
