Is it possible to monitor OpenSwan Tunnels with Zenoss
I would like to monitor the Tunnels + Traffic passing for each tunnel.

Sure! If OpenSwan doesn't natively support SNMP you can easily extend the Server OS's SNMP to monitor various metrics for OpenSwan Tunnels!
